You can request that we delete your Mandela Effect Library account and associated personal data that we store on our servers (for example forum profile information, device-linked account records, and related content you posted).

How to request deletion

Email us from the address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in (if you use one).
Use subject line: Mandela Effect Library — delete my account
Include:
- Your display name in the app (if any)
- Approximate signup date or device type (iOS / Android), if you know it
- Confirmation that you want account and associated server data deleted

What we delete

Account / profile records we store for the App
Forum posts and comments tied to your account (when the forum is active), unless required for abuse/safety logs for a limited period
Device identifiers we linked to your account on our servers

What we may not control directly

App Store / Google Play purchases — managed by Apple or Google. Cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. We cannot erase Apple/Google billing history.
RevenueCat — subscription status may be retained by the payment provider as required for accounting; we can disconnect app-side identity where applicable.
Data only on your device — uninstalling the App removes local caches and preferences.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask a short follow-up to confirm it is you before deleting data.
